These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kids as Creatives website and the booking of our experiences. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Kids as Creatives provides mobile arts, crafts, and slime experiences for parties and events across Middle Tennessee. Details, inclusions, and pricing for each experience are described at the time of booking.
Bookings & payment
- A booking is confirmed once your date is reserved and any required deposit is paid.
- The remaining balance is due as stated at booking. Pricing and inclusions are shown before you confirm.
- Payments are processed by our third-party booking and payment providers.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Deposits and cancellation timelines are described at booking. We do our best to accommodate changes, though dates are subject to availability.
Safety, supervision & participation
Our activities are hands-on and may involve craft materials, slime ingredients, and food items such as cotton candy. Parents or guardians are responsible for disclosing any allergies or special needs in advance and for ensuring appropriate adult supervision of children during the event. Participation is at your own risk, and a liability waiver may be required as part of booking.
Photography & media
We may photograph or record our events for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child not be photographed, let us know before the event and we will honor your request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids as Creatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable booking.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
